JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for the appellant is present and represented that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court on 22.06.2004 in W.V.M.P.No.3935 of 2003 in W.P.M.P.No.19197 of 2003, no further orders are required in the writ petition and the cause in the writ petition does not survive and, accordingly, the writ petition has become infructuous.
