HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 15635 of 2018 ORDER:

Inasmuch as filing a representation is not contemplated under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattedar Passbooks Act (ROR Act) in connection with the allegation of incorrect entries in the records, the Writ Petition is closed at the admission stage, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority by filing appropriate application under the provisions of law. As and when such application is made, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the competent authority in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, stand closed.
