THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 2901 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 748 of 2012 on the file of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a charge sheet before the Court of the XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal and the same was numbered as C.C. No. 795 of 2014. It is also brought to my notice that the case was listed for trial on 24.05.2015.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioner under law, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
