This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the Order dt. 04.04.2016 in I.A.No.129 of 2016 in O.S.No.164 of 2011 passed by XII Additional district Judge-cum-Judge, Family Court, Guntur. It is brought to the notice of this Court that during pendency of this Revision, the main suit i.e., O.S.No.164 of 2011 has been disposed of on 16.11.2017 and therefore, the cause in this petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
