HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO W.P.No.3797 of 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to order of the 1st respondent in P.W.Case No.29 of 2010, dated 11.01.2013 and to quash the same.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side submitted that the parties had entered into a compromise and settled the matter outside the Court and that the terms of compromise are reduced into writing.

Today, both the parties are present before this Court and stated that they have amicably settled the matter. The terms of compromise are read over and explained to them. D.Krishna Murthy-4th respondent, Vice President Mahaboob Nagar District Palamoori Contract Labour Union, agreed to receive an amount of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees twenty lakhs only) towards wages to the workers and withdraw from contesting the writ petition as

well as P.W.Case No.29 of 2010. An amount of Rs.74,30,737/- is lying with the 3rd respondent.

Therefore, the 3rd respondent is directed to pay Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees twenty lakhs only) to the 4th respondent-D.Krishna Reddy representing the Labour Union.

The remaining amount shall be paid to the petitioner-construction company in terms of Memorandum of Understanding.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of Memorandum of Understanding.

The Memorandum of Understanding shall form part of this order. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
