Aggrieved by the inaction of the 5th respondent - Station House Office, Obulavaripalli, YSR Kadapa District in registering the crime on the complaint filed by the petitioners against unofficial respondents 6 and 7 and in conducting investigation, the present writ petition is filed. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that after filing of the writ petition crime is registered and the same is under investigation.

In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, no orders need be passed and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
