ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is preferred against the order dated.30.08.2012 in E.A.No.21 of 2012 in E.P.No.28 of 2011 in O.S.No.674 of 2006 on the file of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy, L.B.Nagar, whereunder the petition filed by the Judgment Debtors therein, to recall warrant of attachment of salary was dismissed. Aggrieved by the same the present revision is filed. 2.

The present revision is being listed since 2012. When the matter came up for hearing on 08.06.2022 there was no representation for the petitioner in the forenoon as well as in the afternoon, and the Counsel for the respondent informed that he will verify whether there is any compromise between the parties and it was adjourned to today. Today i.e. on 22.06.2022 also there is no representation for the petitioner in the forenoon as well as in the afternoon. There is no stay in the matter. As per the order of the trial court attachment of salary might have been executed by this time, therefore, this revision petition deserves to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, for default, for non prosecution.
