THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.8631 OF 2015 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada to dispose of C.C.No.397 of 2014 pending on the file of the said Court.

2 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. 3 The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners are retired Government servants, they are facing much difficulty in attending the trial Court on each and every adjournment.

4 Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the learned II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada to dispose of C.C.No.397 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order, in accordance with law.

5 As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
