Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home and Government Pleader for Revenue.

The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 3 and 4 are not registering any F.I.R. on the complaints lodged by 5th respondent on 02.02.2016 and 30.07.2016, based on the representation of the petitioner against the 6th respondent. 3.
Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, states that respondent No.4 has registered a case on 04.09.2016 in Crime No.117 of 2016. 4.
Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to complete the investigation in the matter, expeditiously, and file Final Report before the competent Court.
