When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent has submitted that the case of the petitioner was considered and he was selected to the post of SCT RSI (TSSP) vide proceedings dated 21.09.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
