These three revision petitions are coming under the caption, 'for orders'. Before the orders are pronounced and signed, the learned counsel for the respondents/ defendants would bring to the notice of this court that the suit viz., O.S.No.790 of 2011 itself was dismissed on 13.09.2017.

In that view of the matter, there is no need to pronounce the orders as the causes in these revision petitions do not survive for adjudications.

Recording the submission, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
