HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY APPLICATION Nos.1822,1824,1826,1829, 1830,1831 OF 2015 IN COMPANY PETITION No.57 OF 1999 COMMON ORDER:

In all these Company Applications, the applicants have prayed for an order to direct the Official Liquidator to execute the sale deeds conveying the respective quarters to them as the legal representatives of the deceased workmen, in whose favour orders were already passed by this Court allotting the quarters.

The Official Liquidator has filed a common report, dated 18.02.2016. In Annexure-A, he has included the thirteen (13) applicants in Company Application Nos.1822,1823, 1824,1825,1826,1827,1828,1829,1830, 1831,1832,1833 and 1834 of 2015. Out of these thirteen matters, the Official Liquidator has reported no objections to execute the sale deeds only in six matter i.e., Company Application Nos.1822, 1824, 1826, 1829, 1830 and 1831 of 2015 in favour of legal heirs of the deceased/workmen. The Official Liquidator has stated that as the applicants in these six Company Applications have satisfied their status as the legal representatives of the deceasedworkmen/allottees of the respective quarters, he will execute the sale deed, subject to the order that may be passed by this Court. In the light of the above report, the Official Liquidator is permitted to execute the sale deeds in favour of the six applicants i.e., in Company Application Nos.1822, 1824, 1826, 1829, 1830 and 1831 of 2015 included in Annexure-A, subject to the latter complying with the requirements for registration.

Company Application Nos. 1822, 1824, 1826, 1829, 1830 and 1831 of 2015 are, accordingly, allowed.
