THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11581 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.2 to 4 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to them in Crime No.30 of 2015 on the file of S.H.O., Punjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506 r/w 34 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioners along with A1 cheated the de facto complainant and others to a tune of Rs.95.50 lakhs under the guise of providing employment in various departments.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and since the petitioners are alleged to have collected huge amount, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
