THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25932 OF 2016 ORDER:

It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner so also the learned Government Pleader that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.19952 of 2016, dated 23.06.2016.

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, directing the 5th respondent to examine the document of the petitioner for registration in respect of the subject land and if the document is in order, proceed with registration, otherwise record reasons for such refusal of registration for any plausible reasons, as contemplated under Section 71 of the Registration Act and communicate the reasons thereon to the petitioner.
