HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.557 OF 2017 ORDER:
Heard both sides at length.
There is nothing to interfere with the impugned confirmation order dated 16.11.2016, of the lower appellate court in Criminal Appeal No.193 of 2014, against the order in D.V.C.No.24 of 2010, dated 04.02.2013, of granting the reliefs of providing shared residence in the household for half or the entitlement of half of the rents if let out the entire premises (for each petitioner and respondent to take half respectively) and compensation of Rs.50,000/-, besides the protection order under Section 18 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. But for to say, for payment of all the arrears, whatever due as on date, by granting time to pay in three equal monthly installments and so far as the premises concerned, if not let out respectively, to occupy each portion or to let out by husband and pay with liability half of the rents to the wife, else to enforce.
Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of with the above direction. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
