Shankar Rao patil, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent No.1.

This Criminat petition is filed questioning the interim maintenance granted by the trial Court.

Since the criminal petition is filed questioning the interim maintenance and according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the trial is under way, it is for the trial Court to decide the final maintenance 3.

Accordingly, this Criminal petition is disposed of without any interference with the maintenance granted by the trial Court.
