Subhash Reddy) It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that after filing of this contempt case, learned Government Pleader has served orders issued by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.1181, Irrigation & Command Area Development (Ser.IV) Department, dated 12.12.2013, dropping the further action initiated against the petitioner under the provisions of the A.P.

Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991. In view of the said order, it cannot be said that the respondents have violated the directions of this Court. Placing on record the aforesaid Order dated 12.12.2013, this contempt case is closed.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
