It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the subject matter of these Writ Petition is squarely covered by order dated 31.10.2016 in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 & batch and order dated 13.04.2017 in WPMP.No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014 and the same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the aforesaid orders, these Writ Petitions are also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid orders. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
