This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner's case for appointment in any post on compassionate ground, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that by virtue of the interim orders dated 30.12.2003 passed by this Court in WPMP No.34426 of 2003, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. If the petitioner has any grievance, it is always open for him to pursue his remedy.
