Petitioner was initially appointed as Conductor on 1.12.1990 by the APSRTC and posted to work at Warangal II Deport. As the petitioner suffered from heart-stroke on 16.9.2015, immediately he was admitted in Maxcare Hospital, Hanamkonda and thereafter he went to Tarnka Hospital on 23.10.2015, where he undergone thorough medical checkup and on the advice of Doctors of Tarnaka Hospital, he was admitted to Sunshine Hospital on 24.10.2014 and there, the doctors conducted open heart surgery on 30.10.2014. Thereafter the petitioner discharged from hospital on 4.11.2014. The petitioner earlier filed W.P.No. 6595 of 2016 and the same was disposed of on 1.3.2016 directing the third respondent herein to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 10.4.

2015 in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. In compliance of the same, 3rd respondent issued proceedings dated 6.9.2016, wherein the petitioner was provided with Out of Designation (OD) duties for a period of six months and the said period was complete by the end of March 2017. Therefore, the Senior Medical Officer, Tarnaka Hospital conducted medical examination/required tests to petitioner thorough Vijaya Diagnostic Centre, Hyderabad on 7.3.

he was advised that the required percent should be 65%. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 28.3.2017 to the Senior Law Officer, TSRTC and also submitted copies to Regional Manager, Warangal (Hanamkonda) and also to 3rd respondent requesting to provide Out of Designation (OD) duties.

Since petitioner claims that no orders are passed on the representation dated 28.3.2017, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition and keep the Writ Petition pending. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 28.3.2017, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
