HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.172 OF 2015 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners after making submissions for a while, considers it apt to pursue the remedy of appeal under Section 9 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Amendment Act,1980 without inviting findings from this Court.

The writ petition is disposed of by giving four weeks from today to file appeal against the impugned order of eviction before the appellate authority. The interim order granted by this Court on 19.01.2015 is directed to be maintained for a period of five weeks from today. The petitioners are at liberty to obtain orders from the appellate authority.
