THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTI CE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRI T PETI TI ON No.8094 of 1999 ORDER: (per Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition arises out of the order dated 31.12.1997 passed by the Special Court under the Andhra Pradesh Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 1982, in L.G.C.No.110 of 1994. Leaned counsel appearing for the parties would fairly concede that the common order dated 16.04.2003 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.889 of 1998 and batch would cover the issues arising in this writ petition. A copy of the said common order is placed on record. In that view of the matter, for reasons alike as were mentioned in the aforestated common order dated 16.04.2003 passed in W.P.No.889 of 1998 and batch and in terms thereof, the writ petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
