From a perusal of the same, it is revealed that the investigation was completed, final report was filed before the concerned Magistrate and it was numbered as C.C.No.B22 of 2021. In view of the same, the subject matter in the Criminal Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous, granting liberty to challenge the final report, if so, advised.
