ORDER

Heard learned counsel on either side.

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the proceedings dated 6.6.2015 issued by the 3rd respondent in removing the petitioner from the duties of Field Assistant, as arbitrary and illegal.

The petitioner, who is a Field Assistant, was removed from service vide order dated 6.6.2015 based on certain allegations.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the impugned termination order was passed without conducting any enquiry and that the same is liable to be set aside.

Since the petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy by way of appeal, he petitioner is at liberty to avail the same.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
