HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.18215 OF 2019 ORDER:

In this writ petition, interim direction was issued to restore the Director Identification Number (DIN) of the petitioner, who is the Director in active company.

Learned Asst. Solicitor General of India appearing for the respondent-authorities submits that pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court, the DIN of the petitioner is restored and interim order of this Court has been complied with. 3.

In approval, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that inasmuch as the relief sought in this writ petition is achieved by way of interim order, no further orders are necessary and the writ petition be disposed of making the interim order as final order in the writ petition. Both the learned counsel agreed for disposal of the writ petition in terms of the interim order and compliance thereof.

Having regard to the fact that the DIN of the petitioner who is the Director in active company is restored in pursuance of the interim order passed, the writ petition is disposed of making the interim order passed as final order.
