B/O tk 08.09.2022 KS,J I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.4696 of 2022 dt.15.06.2022 that he shall appear before the Station House Officer, Cyber Crime Police Station, Cyberabad, on every Monday between 10.00 AM and 1.00 P.M for a period of three months or till filing of charge sheet, whichever is earlier.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appearing before the Investigating Officer as ordered by this court; and that since petitioner is suffering with some neurological issues, he seeks relaxation of the said condition.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.4696 of dt.15.06.2022, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the investigating authorities, as and when required. _________ KS,J tk
