THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.37 of 2015 ORDER:

This transfer criminal petition is filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. to withdraw C.C. No.1416 of 2014 from the file of the court of II Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur and transfer the same to the file of the court of I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Vijayawada to be tried along with D.V.C. No.114 of 2014.

2. Sri P.Vamsheedhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Smt.D.Madhavi, learned counsel for the second respondent, in one voice, submitted that in the interest of both the parties, the transfer criminal petition may be allowed. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for both the parties and in the interest of both the parties, this court is inclined to allow the transfer criminal petition.

3. Accordingly, this transfer criminal petition is allowed. C.C. No.1416 of 2014 is withdrawn from the file of the court of II Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur and transferred to the file of the court of I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Vijayawada for disposal in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this transfer criminal petition, shall stand closed.
