HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8802 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not completing investigation and submitting the report in Crime No.164/2015.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the investigation in Crime No.164/2015 is at last stage and final report under Section 173(2) of Cr.P.C. will be filed within two months.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned Investigating Officer to file appropriate report in Crime No.164/2018, before the concerned Court within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
