Respondent Counsel for the petitioner : Sri Seshadri Golla Counsel for the respondent : Sri V.Raghu THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ or order more particularly one in nature of writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondent bank in trying to take possession of my property i.e. H.No. 2-7-6/2, Bharathnagar, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, through the possession notice dated 15-02-2016 without following the provisions of the Securitization and Reconstructions of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, as illegal, arbitrary, against the provisions of the Act and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
2. At the hearing, Sri Seshadri Golla, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to approach the respondent for consideration of his representation.
3. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
4. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 21408 of 2016 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
