This Tiansfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is hled by wife for transferring of O.P.No. 19 of 2023 from the Court of the II Additional Family Court, Medchal Malkajgiri District at Medchal to the Court of learned Family Court at Hanumakonda. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner- as well as , , learned counsel for the respondent. Perused the record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is residing with her parents at Hanumakonda and is becoming difficult for her to travel to Medchal- Malkajgiri District on each day of the hearing as she is unemployed and depending on her parents for eking out her livelihood and it is ., burdensome to her.

petitioner at learned Additional Family Court, Medchal Malkajgiri District, seeking dissolution of marriage. 5.

Considering the averments of learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds it reasonable to transfer

O.P.No. 19 of 2023 from the Court of the II Additional Fainily ) Court, Medchal Malkajgiri District at Medchal to the Court of learned Family Court at Hanumakonda.
