Heard Mr. P. Nagendra Reddy for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) for respondents 1 to 4.

2. The petitioner is given liberty to represent to respondents 1 to 4 against the threatened dispossession without paying compensation. This court has no reason to doubt that having regard to the urgency of establishment proposed by 6th respondent, the grievance of petitioner examined and orders passed.

3. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
