Sri Narasimhulu Parise, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to move similar application under the relevant provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the Code'), other than the provisions of Section 482 of the Code.

In view of the orders passed by this Court in earlier criminal petitions, the request is acceded to and the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to move appropriate application under the relevant provisions of the Code. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition stand closed.
