ORAL ORDER:

Petitioner was aggrieved by including the place where he was working in the list of places for effecting transfers even though he was posted in the said place only on 28.3.2011 and sought for a consequential direction to retain and continue him in the present place of working. At the time of admission, A.P. Administrative Tribunal did not grant interim direction to retain and continue the petitioner, however, granted liberty to petitioner to make a representation and if such representation is made to consider the same in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.100 Finance (DCM-III) Department dated 22.4.2013.

The subject matter concerns transfers and postings in the year 2013 and the cause in the writ petition does not survive and accordingly the same is dismissed. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
