The petitioners-accused Nos.7 to 9 filed the present application under Sections 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, seeking to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1129 of 2018 in Cr.No.272 of 2018 of Khammam II Town Police Station, vide order dt.29.10.2018 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Khammam, insofar as executing personal bond for Rs.10,00,000/- by reducing the same for Rs.2,50,000/-. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Addl.Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. A perused of the order supra, it shows there is nothing wrong in imposing said condition of each petitioner to execute a personal bond for Rs.10,00,000/-(Rupees ten lakh only) with two sureties for likesum each, and no need for modifying the same as the petitioners/A.7 to A.9 are Chairman, Vice Chairman and Director respectively of the Happy Future Multipurpose Co-operative Society.
