ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 26.09.2014, in Company Petition No.46 of 2010 on the file of the Company Law Board.

At the hearing, it has come out that as the petitioner was a defaulting Director, the respondents were unable to upload the petitioner's name as reinstated Director as the system was programmed by the office of the Registrar in such a way that restoration of defaulting Director will not be recognized. Mr.Ravi Prasad Pisupati, learned counsel for the respondents, submitted that his clients have already taken steps to upload the name of the petitioner after he ceased to be the defaulting Director and that they will ensure that the petitioner is reinstated as Director in all respects.

The above submission of the learned counsel for the respondents is placed on record and the Contempt Case is accordingly closed.
