Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter, dated 23.02.2017, in the Registry requesting to post this writ petition for withdrawal as the parties have settled the matter out of Court. When the matter is listed today under the caption, 'for withdrawal', the learned counsel sought permission for withdrawal of the transfer petition.

Permission is accorded.
