ORDER
Heard the petitioners-appellants-accused.
The order dated 9.1.2015 in Crl.M.P.No. 50 of 2015 in Crl.A. No. 19 of 2015 passed by the learned II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad is hereby modified and the Suspension of sentence of imprisonment is granted to the petitioner-A2 on his executing a bond for Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. For payment of fine of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) , two months time is granted from the date of this order.
