Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus, directing the 3rd respondent to release Somireddi Chellam Naidu @ Naidu, the husband of the petitioner, and for quashing of detention order (M)RC.No.691/2017/C2 dated 16.06.2017 of respondent No.2, confirmed vide G.O.Rt.No.1865 dated 23.08.2017 of respondent No.1. At the hearing, Mr. Koneti Raja Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that as the detenu has undergone the full period of detention, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, I.A.No.1 of 2018 shall stand closed. __________________________ C.V.
