ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed before this Court for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners who are arrayed as accused Nos.6 to 8 in Crime No.242 of 2026 of Karimnagar II Town Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 420, 447, 427, 290, 506, 120-B r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The case of the prosecution is that, on 02.04.2026, the de-facto complainant lodged a report before the police stating that the accused persons, in collusion with each
other, allegedly created false documents in respect of the complainant's land, got plots registered in their names, attempted to encroach upon the property, caused damage, and threatened the complainant's workers with dire consequences. Hence the complainant requested the police for necessary action. Basing on the said complainant, the police registered a case for the above said offences.

Heard Sri Kadaru Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners as well as Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent of the said allegations and they have not committed the alleged offences and that the allegations are wholly omnibus. Therefore, he prayed the Court to grant bail to the petitioners by allowing this criminal petition.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposing the petition stating that the allegations leveled against the petitioners are serious in
nature. Therefore, he prayed the Court to dismiss the petition.

In the light of the submissions made by both the learned counsel and upon perusal of the material available on record, it appears that the disputes arose between the parties are purely civil in nature. Upon perusal of the entire complaint, the allegations does not disclose any specific incident or date or time of such incident and there are no specific overt acts against the petitioners. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of the allegations, the stage of investigation, this Court deems it fit to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners/accused Nos.6 to 8, subject to compliance of the following conditions:
i.
The petitioners/Accused Nos.6 to 8 shall surrender before the Station House Officer, Karimnagar II Town Police Station, Karimnagar District, within two weeks from today, and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release him on bail, on petitioners executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand
only) each, with two sureties, for the like sum each.
ii.
The petitioners/accused Nos.6 to 8 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case.
iii.
The petitioners/accused Nos.6 to 8 shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every Monday between 09:00 a.m, and 05:00 p.m., till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
