The grievance of the petitioners in this Writ Petition is that respondent Nos.2 and 3 have not been taking any action against the illegal constructions being carried on by respondent No.4 on the roof of the premises called Gayathri Enclave. Mr.S.Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), on instructions, submitted that on 09-12-2015 notice under Section 452 (1) of the GHMC Act, 1955 (for short 'the Act') was issued to respondent No.4 and that, on 28-12-2015, an order under Section 452 (2) of the Act was passed. He has further submitted that a notice under Section 636 of the Act is being issued to respondent No.4, who has locked the stair case gate, preventing access to the officials of the GHMC and that after taking police protection, respondent Nos.2 and 3 will ensure that the illegal constructions are removed.

The above submissions of the learned Standing Counsel for GHMC are placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition,
