This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A1 to A12 in Crime No.54 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kaghaznagar Town Police Station, Adilabad District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 417 and 420 IPC.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners present. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
