This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings initiated against the petitioners/ accused 1 and 3 in Crime No.213 of 2010 on the file of Central Crime Station, North Zone Police Station, Hyderabad for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 471, 506 and 120-B IPC.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
