THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4813 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the second respondent in interfering in civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 13.

A counter affidavit is filed by the second respondent stating that no complaint was received against the petitioner herein as of now. The unofficial respondents have also not approached the police station and lodged any complaint against the petitioner. Hence, the question of calling the petitioner to the police station or interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents does not arise. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
