HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 7896 OF 2013 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents 1st to 3 in allowing the 4th respondent to erect a Unipole Hoarding nearby the Mosque vide proceedings dated 12.2.2013 and thereby blocking the vision of the mosque without, issuing any prior notice to the petitioner.

As the Writ Petition is of the year 2013, if the Writ Petitioner is still aggrieved, he is at liberty to file a representation to the 2nd respondent, ventilating his grievance, and the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of.
