Mr. B. Akhil Reddy, the learned counsel representing Mr. M.V. Pratap Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that since the order has been complied with by the respondent, this contempt case no longer survives.

The above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is placed on record. The contempt case is, hereby, dismissed as infructuous.
