Sri M.M.M. Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel holding for Sri K. Vinaya Kumar, advocate on record for the petitioners, does not press this petition on merits and seeks liberty to petitioner No.2 to apply afresh for allotment of fair price shop.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. It is open to petitioner No.2 to apply afresh for allotment of fair price shop and if any such application is made, it is made clear that same shall be considered strictly in accordance with law. While passing this order, I shall not be understood to have considered merits of the case. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
