This writ petition is filed with the following prayer; "to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of Respondents Nos.2 to 6 in not taking any action on the representations dated 10-09-2016, 21-05-2019, 23-11-2020 is as illegal, arbitrary, malafide and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct respondent Nos.2 to 6 to take action on the representations dated 10-09-2016, 21-05-2019, 23-11-2020 and demolish the illegal construction G+3 made at house bearing No.12-1-485/61 in an extent of 100 sq. yards, situated at New Indira Nagar, Asif Nagar, Hyderabad, by Respondent No.8, which is belonging to the Sree Jagannath Swamy Temple". 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Ch. Janardhan Reddy submits that the petitioner gave a representation to the respondents on 23-11-2020 stating that the unofficial respondent No.8 is making constructions without obtaining any permission and requested to take action on the said unauthorized constructions. He submits that in spite of the same, no action has been initiated by the respondents and hence, the petitioner has come up before this Court. 3.
Though vakalat is filed on behalf of the unofficial respondent No.8, there is no representation.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 Mr. K. Siddarth Rao submits that the respondent Corporation will consider the
LK, J W.P.No.20865 of 2021 representation of the petitioner dated 23-11-2020 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23-11-2020 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving due notice to the unofficial respondent No.8. As this Court has directed the respondent Corporation to issue notice to the unofficial respondent, this Court is not proposing to issue notice to him. No order as to costs. 6.
Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
