HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.400 of 2022 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the revision case challenging the order of the trial Court by which her application to discharge was dismissed.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that pending the present revision case, charges were framed and the case is put on trial. On query posed by this Court as to how the revision petition is maintainable at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case.

Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.

4.

The Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
