2. Alleging inaction on the part of respondent-police in registering any crime or taking up investigation, in spite of the complaint of the petitioner, dated 09.03.2015, petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. Instructions of the learned Government Pleader received from respondent No.4, however, show that on the complaint of petitioner, a case in crime No.74 of 2015 was registered on 06.04.2015 and investigation is taken up. In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of directing the investigating officer to complete the investigation expeditiously in accordance with law.
