THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Writ Appeal No.937 of 2016 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) After putting forth his submissions for some time, Sri B. Prabhakar, learned counsel for the appellant, submits that it would suffice if this Court were to direct the 4th respondent in the appeal (3rd respondent in the writ petition) to pass orders in accordance with the directions of the learned Single Judge within a specific time frame.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana), would fairly state that the 4th respondent would pass orders within a period of three months from today.
Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader, the writ appeal is disposed of directing the 4th respondent herein to pass orders in accordance with the directions of the learned Single Judge, within three months from today. The writ appeal is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
